Mental health support for humans with MS.

MS changes everything. You don’t have to figure it out alone.

Whether you were diagnosed last month or last decade - there's a lot nobody prepares you for. I'm Em. I've been living with MS for nearly 20 years.

Three sessions.

No script.

Just honest conversation.

Session 1 You talk, I listen

The first session is yours to use however you need it. Some MSers cry. Some get angry. Some just want to ask every question they've been too scared to Google. All of it is fine.

Session 2 We work out what's actually going on

Grief, fear, anger, exhaustion - usually all of the above at once. Session 2 is where we untangle what's driving what and what needs attention now.

Session 3 You leave with clarity

Not a plan for your whole life. Just a clearer sense of what you need, what you can let go of, and how to get some joy back. Even with MS. Even now.

A new MS diagnosis

The fear, the information overload, the grief. We start where you are.

What we can explore together

Working with MS

Fatigue, brain fog, managing a career alongside a disease nobody can see. What it means for you - not a generic version of you.

Fear of progression

When the fear of what's coming starts to take up more space than the life you're living.

Parenting with MS

The guilt of a bad day when your kids need you. The fear of what they're watching you go through.

There's space for all of it.

AHSCT support

Before, during, and after. I've been through it. I know what it actually feels like.

Relapse & change

A new lesion. A symptom that didn't go away.

The emotional aftermath of a relapse is real and it deserves proper attention.

"You have given me a new lease of life. I actually feel like I can breathe around this diagnosis now."

Mel, Sydney

In their words.

“You’ve created a really transformative and meaningful experience Em, thank you!”

Maria, Spain

You don't have to figure this out alone.

Talk with someone who actually gets it.

Together, we’ll work out how to get joy back in your life.
